TERMS OF SERVICE

Last updated: 7 April 2026

Welcome to Curve Skin Studio. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms.

1. About Us

Curve Skin Studio Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales. Our registered address is: 25 Kenworthy Avenue, OL6 9HA. You can contact us at curveskinstudioltd@gmail.com.

2. Payments

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payment must be received in full and cleared before your order is dispatched. All transactions are processed securely. Where applicable, additional security measures such as Verified by Visa and Mastercard SecureCode may be used.

3. Order Process

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This is acknowledgement of your order, not acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion — for example, if a product is out of stock, if there is an error in pricing, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. A dispatch confirmation email will be sent when your order has been shipped.

4. Pricing & Product Information

All prices are displayed in GBP and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We make every effort to display product colours accurately, however colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings. Product weights and dimensions are approximate.

5. International Orders & Customs

For orders shipped outside of the UK, any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Curve Skin Studio Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

8. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

9. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The current version will always be available on our website.
