REFUND POLICY

Returns & Cancellations

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your delivery, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unopened and unused
  • In their original packaging
  • Returned within 14 days of the date you received your order

How to Cancel or Return

To cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it at curveskinstudioltd@gmail.com. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must go through our returns process.

To initiate a return, please email us at curveskinstudioltd@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Return Shipping

  • If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, return postage costs are your responsibility.
  • If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will cover the cost of return postage and provide a full refund or replacement in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5 working days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement. Please email curveskinstudioltd@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the fault.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Digital products and downloads
  • Gift cards
  • Items that have been opened or used (unless faulty)

No Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.

Incorrect Delivery Address

We are unable to take responsibility for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Please ensure your delivery details are correct before placing your order.
