SHIPPING POLICY

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays). Orders placed on weekends or Bank Holidays will begin processing on the next working day. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

2. UK Delivery

We ship within the UK using Royal Mail Tracked 48. Delivery typically takes 3–5 working days from dispatch.

3. International Shipping

We currently only ship within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international delivery at this time.

4. Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at curveskinstudioltd@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of your dispatch confirmation, please get in touch and we will investigate with Royal Mail on your behalf. Please note that Royal Mail does not classify a parcel as lost until 10 working days after the expected delivery date.

5. Incorrect Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. We are unable to take responsibility for orders that are delayed or undelivered due to an incorrect address being provided. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at curveskinstudioltd@gmail.com — we will do our best to help if the order has not yet been dispatched.

6. Delivery Delays

Whilst we aim to meet all estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to high demand, adverse weather, or Royal Mail service disruptions. These are outside of our control and we appreciate your patience.
